Special Achievements


  • Our star performers were duly recognized; the top three being rewarded with a lavish house and two brand new BMW cars, along with many other receiving cash prizes and numerous other perks.


  • The Ceylinco Insurance General Division honoured 125 employees with an overseas tour, for the third consecutive year.


  • Another unique innovation form Ceylinco General - One and Only, was introduced in 2005.


  • Ceylinco General introduced “Pawura” - a new product developed with the lower income groups in mind was introduced, targeting teachers, housewives and farmers.


  • “Home & You” A new product for home owners was also introduced.


  • A Loyalty Scheme - “Ceylinco VIP Privileged Member”, was launched  to reward customers who have been loyal and steadfast throughout the years.


  • Ceylinco VIP Credit Card - Ceylinco Insurance General took another initiative to add value to their loyal customers by rewarding them with a “Ceylinco VIP Credit Card.”


  • Ceylinco General Division expanded its branch network at a rapid pace. Several New VIP Centres were added to the network of the General Division, which now stands at over 250 (including the North and East).


  • An overwhelming response was seen from traders for “Welanda Wasi”.


  • Ceylinco General became champions at the Sports Festival for the 15th consecutive year.
